7host 怎么正确显示中文？

我用的是７hots的免费服务器，

可是从数据库中读取的中文字符都是"???"都是问好，为什么呀哦？

我在数据库连接的页面加入　<%@LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" CODEPAGE="936"%>

会提示：
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0141'

Page Command Repeated

/grasslove/gb/setup.asp, line 1

The @ command can only be used once within the Active Server Page.

把@去了也不可以！！！

我该怎么样做，谢谢哦！
