该空间遇到中文的characters会有乱码，我的处理方法为在Discuz!的config.php文件中的51行处把：
$headercharset = 0; // 强制设置字符集, 0=否, 1=是. 乱码时使用
改成：
$headercharset = 1; // 强制设置字符集, 0=否, 1=是. 乱码时使用

这个不用我说了吧，同样的，它给你的网址和FTP根本无法链接，你把dhost.hopto.org域名转换成IP：66.90.103.17或dhost.info或cgml.uni.cc即可登陆。即：

建立数据库直接点crert mysql database建即可，出来的画面有三行字，这就是你的数据库的信息了：
dbhost: localhost（数据库主机）
dbuser: cn999 （数据库用户名）
db: cn999（数据库名）
dbpass: ****** （数据库密码一把和你的FTP密码一样）
这个空间好像对中文显示不支持，你可以点击浏览器查看－源码－简体中文即可显示正常。
