免费顶级域名.cg申请进入：http://www.nic.cg/cgi-bin/search.pl
在这里输入你要注册的youname.cg或者youname.rw
如果注册了，就会出现ALREADY TAKEN.几个红字
<--DVNEWS_AD_BEGIN-->没注册就出现一个叫填EMAIL的框 填入你的EMAIL
（注意：好象只有以@zj.com和@china.com.cn的邮箱可以申请）
然后进入下一页
Domain Name : 不良倾向X
Domain Country : .cg

E-Mail Address : 电子邮件（这个要和刚才填的一样）
IMPORTANT: not the e-mail of the registrar but the Delegated Organization’s email address, so that we may have a direct contact with them. The registrar can use the billing e-mail address BUT NOT THIS ONE. This is a cause of rejection.
下面的基本上和上面填的一样，对照着填就行了

OK，注册流程基本上到这就完毕了
到信箱看，有第一封系统发的信
会收到第二封信通知你是否成功 貌似在金光见了好多次了 支持CN 不用鬼子
