Do you have your domain hosted with another web hosting provider but experience downtime with your mail, or you just want your email hosted elsewhere for piece of mind.Well you've come to the right place. Michael's Computers Magnetic Island is providing users with unlimited domain, unlimited account/autoresponder/forwarder accounts for your domain name, and you can change your and your users passwords(if you have several domains, do not hesitate to ask as we have no problems accommodating them).
The server is hosted on a very reliable, high-speed connection in Australia(great speed to Asian users as well as US users) with backup Mail Servers in the USA(available on Request, free of course. These are used in conjunction to the primary server). This means that you will never miss a single message.
To configure your domain, you get a very easy to use control panel(see for yourself here: http://i16.tinypic.com/47no205.jpg), which enables you to control everything for your domain. This includes a master/catch-all address, as well as other advanced parts, and you get 1GB of storage space per domain name (most inboxes are lucky to use 50mb)
A full POP3/IMAP service is provided, however we recommend you use your ISP's own SMTP server, however under the unlikely circumstance this isn't possible we also provide an SMTP service.
All mail (both incoming & outgoing) is scanned for for Viruses with ClamAV and Spam with Spamassassin, both running the latest versions.

1. How do I set up your service at my end.
You need to go to your domain registar(we can not help you with this) and change the MX records for your domain to the following):
Server / Perference or Priority
mx.magneticisland.au.com / 10
mx2.michaelscomputers.net / 20 This server is only required if you with to use our backup service as well.
mx3.michaelscomputers.net / 30 This server is only required if you with to use our backup service as well.
2. I am having problems with my account, who do I contact
Contact support at: michaelscomputers@magneticisland.au.com (note that we DO NOT care about your other web hosting problems, only those related to mail).
3. Can I send an email to you in Chinese/Japanese/Other non-english language
We don't discrimate against cultures or anything, but we unfortunatley don't speak any other language other than english, so please make sure all emails you send are in english, otherwise your domain will not be approved. If you don't know english, then I suggest that you use a free translator off the internet to translate your message, otherwise our email hosting isn't for you.
EDIT: Also forgot to mention that each e-mail account that you create under your domain also comes with it's own Control Panel for users to change their password, create auto-responders, etc, etc....
