With recent cPanel updates, the format of your FTP username has now changed.
Please use the FTP username format of username@domain.com instead of simply the username.
This modification (made by cPanel) is to increase login security, and to allow better use of usernames.

Other settings such as the FTP hostname or port number have not changed.
