收到ripn第二封信,内容和第一封差不多,是不是申请失败了?

如题,收到第一封信后,已将ID的COPY做为付件(有对应的E文)回复给他们.一天多以后,又收到了一封信,内容差不多,只是少了一句Results of final processing
will be ready within two days
第二封信内容如下:
