About 1,500 .Co Sunrise Applications Denied; Now Available in Landrush

About 1,500 applications for .co domain names through the trademark sunrise process have been denied, and the domain names are now available for registration through Landrush. If any of them are not claimed during the Landrush period, they will be available for pre-registration before July 20 and general registration beginning July 20. Some names that were previously reserved for .co’s Founders Program and for other reasons have also been released.
Although the full list of denied sunrise domain names has not been published, here are some of the domain names Domain Name Wire has learned have become available in Landrush thanks to denied sunrise applications or other reasons:

Balloon.co
Calorie.co
Counseling.co
Crossword.co
Darts.co
Gumballs.co

If you tried to apply for a domain during Landrush and found it unavailable, it might be worth trying again. The deadline is July 16.
