HP Gloe is a geo-tagging experiment from HP Labs that attaches Web content to specific geographic locations. Gloe aims to provide a platform for location-based discovery of relevant information for mobile Web users, a growing subset of Web users that a recent survey by the Pew Internet & American Life project found had doubled from 2007 to 2009.
