T4.0**屏蔽**信息公开模块发布，截图展示
T4.0 的**屏蔽**信息公开模块和依申请公开插件已经测试完成，已经打包到系统安装包中。
需要的朋友可以下载安装包，安装测试。谢谢。
信息公开模块安装设置方法，与3.0相同。
