龙太子房祖名日前在微博中透露自己刚刚做完28岁生日，当天记者在路上正好碰到了房祖名的座驾，一路跟到了位于北京东直门附近的NAGA上院，生日当天房祖名并没有外出，直到晚上11时左右在微博中发了一张和成龙的合影庆祝自己28岁生日——这也导致成龙在北京的豪宅内景曝光。
记者随后从房屋中介了解到，此楼盘是北京几个顶级楼盘中的一所，单价5万/平方米，虽说单价比不上章子怡等人住的伯悦府，但是这里的户型有1200平方米一套的豪宅， 价值从1000多万到1.8亿不等。有经济头脑的成龙早在几年前购买下此处房产，当时的价格也就是在3万/平方米。由此可见经过短短的几年，这套豪宅给成龙带来了一笔不小的收益。
