安装说明：安装前，请先卸载干净原来安装的版本，然后到相应系统目录下删除 SafeBase 文件夹，否则安装会出错（同时请备份自己聊天数据）
Win7：在 C:\Users\用户名\AppData\Roaming\Tencent\QQ 下删除SafeBase文件夹
XP：在 C:\Documents and Settings\用户名\Application Data\Tencent\QQ 下删除SafeBase文件夹
