4月2日，“2011中国导演明星欢乐汇”在北京举行。刚刚担任导演工作委员会副会长的赵本山与徒弟程野一同出现在台下，与身旁的嘉宾热聊。一名长头发的女嘉宾更是挽住赵本山的胳膊，坐在赵本山身旁的程野不得不让出了位置给这位女嘉宾。
