google推出的网络加速工具（有代理功能）

　　因为GG推出了 Google Web Accelerator ，表面看上去是网页浏览加速，其实是个很爽的代理服务器程序，用了你就知道了哦！哈哈！爽啊！根本都不用设置什么！！！

在他的说明里有这么一句话。意思是
在第一个bata版里，北美和欧洲以外的用户可能不会看到太多速度提升的改善。

也就是说，对于国内无用。
