All hosting accounts need to be verified by our Verification Team to make sure the account was set up legitimately. If you speak English and are available at the phone number on account, I can have our Verifications Department call you now to verify the account.

If you are not available now or do not speak English you will have to submit a ticket through our Help Center Verification Queue.
You will need to include a copy of the front and back of the credit card used to pay (or the PayPal Invoice Number and date if you paid with PayPal) and a photo id of the account holder.
Once the ticket is received, it will be reviewed and the account will be verified accordingly.
