According to rules of requests receiving domain registration applications are accepted from organizations and persons with authorization of Maintainer that has this organization or person in the field mnt-adm. In your case Maintainer *****-MNT-RIPN, for *******-RIPN, mnt-adm is required.

这个提示原来就有的，原因是先前申请MNT-RIPN用的是QQ119-RIPN（可能是大部分攻略都是这么做的吧）
解决办法是重新使用你的账户申请新的MNT,然后更改MNT。
