Thank you for contacting online support.
To upgrade your Hosting Account to the Deluxe Hosting please follow the instructions below. Once you have upgraded please reply with the last 4 digits of the Payment Method on File and we will be happy to issue a refund for the recent Deluxe Hosting Purchase as you have used the Free Credit. You can only upgrade from this point.
First, log into your customer account:
? Go to the Go Daddy Account Login Page.
? Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password.
If you have trouble logging in, our password reset form may help you. You can find this form through the following link:
Account Retrieval Page
After logging in follow these steps:
? Click on the 'My Account' link on the right hand side of the screen.
? Select "Web Hosting & Databases" from the "Hosting & Email" menu at the top of the 'Welcome' page.
? Click the domain you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
? Click on the 'Upgrade/Downgrade Hosting Account' link on the right
? Follow the instructions to select the plan you require.
Your hosting account may take up to 72 hours to complete change.
