HostMonster那个合租没有控制面板的不方便
关于ip的话，老外说：
Unfortunately not. You can go through our policies, if the dedicated IP is blocked then there must be some reason behind why its got blocked. And as clients are solely responsible for it, so it wont be changed for free.
