We're sorry, but due to extremely high percentages of abuse by our past Asian users, we have decided not to host any of them. This has nothing to do with race. It is simply because just about every Asain client we host either, has their website not in English only, uploads illegal material, or sends out spam emails. Therefor, to keep our servers safe, we do not allow it.
