I have tagged the latest code in SVN as B3 Final. I would encourage everyone that knows how to use SVN to download the contents and give it a go.
The updater and installer have been updated with the database changes and this should be a very stable build with many bugfixes.
Once I test it further(and hopefully some people also test it) I will package it up and release it as a proper download on google code and our main site.
Watch this topic for when its released proper, including a full change log.
